I HAVE JUST PURCHASED FROM THE WEBSITE, WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

You'll receive an email confirming your order has been completed, and then a second email once your order has been shipped, with your tracking details. Finally, just before your delivery is due to arrive you will receive an email/text letting you know your Core basics purchase is out for delivery today. 

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

All orders are shipped with tracking and the details for your package will be emailed to you on dispatch, so you can keep an eye on it during transit.

 

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY LEATHER BAG?

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Please email us as soon as possible at contact@corebasics.com.au and we will cancel the order, unfortunately, if it has already been processed and the product has been sent, we will then have to wait and then process this as a return.

HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEM?

Please email us directly at contact@corebasics.com.au with your details and order number so we can process your return, once we have received the item back safe and sound at      C O R E basics H.Q for inspection, we will then process a refund to the same account that was used to purchase the item.

HAVE YOU RECEIVED MY RETURN?

We do recommend you use a trackable postage service of your C O R E basics return, as we do not accept any responsibility for lost parcels. Once we receive your parcel, we will inspect your goods and notify you through email that we have received it. Please note, it may take several days for your bank to process the refund.
