If the item(s) are being delivered to your home, please ensure someone is at home who can sign for the delivery. If no one is present to accept the delivery, your purchase will be left in the most logical and secure location available or taken to the courier depot. A card with pick up details will be left.

If you are unhappy with the look or quality of your full priced bag, wallet or clutch, you are welcome to a refund or exchange within 14 days. To be eligible for a refund/exchange, your item must be unused, unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging, tags attached with the receipt or proof of purchase.
